Use a new bottle of gas cylinder pressure could have lost.
Are you connected to natural gas or propane? Providers can either go and adjusting the flame. I do not know if they charge for this service. Call them.
If you soot, carbon monoxide in the house.
To delete it and call a company for repair.
Probably not enough mixing in the air.
The flame should be blue and green, with little or no yellow.
The yellow flame indicates incomplete combustion.
A gas flame produces soot, so that not enough air to completely burn the gas. Do not try to convert the gas is too high and see if keeps fouling.
